 Further, technology will create an extraordinary distinction not only between humans but also between countries.  In the nineteenth century, countries, such as Britain and Japan, surpassed other countries in the industrial race that eventually occupied and exploited other nations.  Likewise today, the nations that advance in technologies such as AI will not only have extraordinary superiority over other nations but will also have ample opportunity to exploit them.  We know that countries like the United States and China are already competing against each other in the AI ​​arsenal. It is very important to estimate how dangerous this situation will be for other countries such as Venezuela, Brazil, India and Indonesia thirty years after the AI ​​gains some countries through AI.

 The technology revolution will create even more problems for the countries left behind.  Just think, when labor labor in developing countries starts to take place in developed countries as a result of AI and automation, what are the implications of that for third world countries?  Not only that, the rich countries will also be badly affected by the politics of the poorer countries, but they will go beyond it to be completely dominant. In the past, many dictators and governments wanted to somehow control other humans, but this was not possible at that time.  However, today we have technologies in the form of AI and biotech, after which the task is no longer far away.
