According to private TV City 42, Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi was shifted to Sheikh Zayed Hospital between Thursday and Friday night at around 9 pm due to ill health. However, he had given his life on the way. Doctors at Sheikh Zayed (Government) Hospital confirmed his death but workers did not believe in the death of Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi and his body was taken to Farooq Hospital, a private institution in Allama Iqbal Town. Doctors here also confirmed the death of the leader of Tehreek-e-Libek, after which his body was taken home.
Allama Khadim Rizvi's son says that for a few seconds it felt like his hand was shaking but the team of doctors immediately re-examined and confirmed the death of Allama Khadim Rizvi.
